GPX Basreng won the second match of MWI 2023 semi-finals over Smart Omega Esports by 2-0. Funi and her team mates made their way to the MWI 2023 grand finals after an intense match. With this victory, GPX Basreng reunited with Bigetron Era on the MWI 2023 Grand Finals which was held offline. It’s their third face-off after the IWC 2023 tournaments and the 6th Season of WSL.

In the last two tournaments, both teams successfully finished off their rivals, and it happened once again in this match. With this fact, Indonesia once again proved the quality of its pro players after knocking out numerous overseas teams out from the tournament. This event also showcased how powerful these two teams are across the Asian Mobile Legends scene.

We have to admit that both teams have players with incredible individual skills, as well as cohesive teamwork between the players which is always visible on stage. Interestingly, both Bigetron Era and GPX Basreng managed to knock Risk Velkhana and Smart Omega Esports, strongest teams from the Philippines, out of the tournament.
